The Bréda hunting association was founded in summer 2016 with 11 landowners.

The net hunting area is 4427 hectares, mainly small game (hares, pheasants), mainly roe deer, but also wild boar and fallow deer. The hares are sold live and hunted, 700 per year. Our wild pheasant population is excellent, but we also release 3,000 mixed breeding birds every year, on which we organise guest hunts with great success, shooting 1,800 birds annually. Our deer population is substantial with 40 bucks and 80 sutas shot each year, and many of our bucks are medal and interesting trophy specimens.

Our area is located in the south-eastern part of the country, on the border with Romania, Kevermes, Nagykamaras and Elek. Our hunting ground is characterised by a lowland landscape with forest patches, canals and old forests.

Our hunting company employs two qualified professional hunters with excellent professional skills and local knowledge.

Our company has a very well-equipped hunting lodge where you can eat after the hunt.

The Bréda Hunting Company welcomes its hunting guests!

Supplies Warranty Information

In what cases can you exercise your right to warranty for supplies?

In the event of a faulty performance by the Hunting Company, you may assert a claim for supplies against the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.

What rights do you have based on your warranty claim?

You can choose to have the following supplies warranty claims:

You can request a correction or re-performance unless it is impossible to meet the need you have chosen or would incur a disproportionate additional cost to the business compared to meeting your other need. If you have not requested or could not have requested the repair or re-performance, you may request a proportionate reduction in the consideration or, ultimately, terminate the contract. Due to the nature of the service, there is no possibility to repair or terminate the contract after the end of the Hunting Event.

You can transfer from one of your chosen supply warranty rights to another, but you will bear the cost of the transfer, unless it was justified or given by the company.

What is the deadline for you to enforce your warranty claim?

You must report the defect immediately after it is discovered, but no later than two months after the defect is discovered. However, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you can no longer exercise your warranty rights beyond the limitation period of two years from the performance of the contract.

To whom can you assert your supply warranty claim?

You can assert your warranty claim against the company (Hunting Company).

What are the other conditions for enforcing your warranty rights?

Within six months of performance, there are no conditions other than the notification of the defect to enforce your warranty claim if you certify that the service was provided by the Hunting Company. However, after six months from the date of performance, you are obliged to prove that the defect you recognized already existed at the time of performance.
